Zunächst einmal möchten wir allen Pullingbegeisterten ein paar besinnliche Festtage wünschen!
Einen mit Lichterketten und ähnlichem Schrott geschmückten Trecker werdet Ihr hier nicht finden….wirklich nicht 😉
Dafür gibt es noch einen echten, handgemachten Schluckspechtbeitrag!

Die Einspritzdüsen müssen raus! Klingt einfach, ist es auch soweit….

The dieselinjectors have to come out! Sounds easy so far, and it is…..

…müsste man da nicht den Motor durchdrehen um einen Teil der Nocken in die richtige Position zu bringen.

Motor nach vorne ziehen….

Pulling the engine towards the front end….

…und Kupplungsschutz sowie Antriebswelle abbauen.

Damit haben die letzten Dieselteile den Schlepper verlassen. Natürlich alles schön graviert damit der zukünftige Besitzer genau weiß wo was hinkommt.

Unterdessen entsteht auf der Drehbank….

The last diesel parts have now left the tractor. Of course, everything is carefull engraved so that the future owner knows exactly what is going where.

Was es natürlich nicht tut. 😉 Macht aber nichts, dafür baut man ja Prototypen.

Richtig, eine Platine.
Der Spulentreiber hat mittlerweile so weit Gestalt angenommen, dass man in eine erste „Serienfertigung“ gehen kann. Zwar passt noch nicht alles 100%tig, aber das sind nur Bauteile die man tauschen muss um den Treiber einzustellen.

The injector driver has now taken shape so far that you can go into a first „series production“. Not everything fits 100%, but these are only components that have to be replaced to set the driver.

Bohren, Gravieren, Fräsen. So schnell geht das. Alles im CAD konstruiert 😉

Jajajaja, ich weiß man kann sich die Dinger übers Internet in Rekordzeit zu Spottpreisen ätzen lassen wenn…..ja wenn man das nötige Layout mal fertig hat. Das kann man zum Beispiel mit dem Programm das im englischen auf Adler hört. Bis ich mir das allerdings in der nötigen Tiefe beigebracht habe, sind einige Layouts in SolidWorks fertig, gefräst, getestet und wieder zerstört. Schuster bleib bei deinen Leisten! 😉

Okokokok, I know you can have these things etched over the internet in record time at ridiculously low prices if ….. yes if you have the necessary layout ready. You can do this, for example, with the program that listens to „Adler“ in english. By the time I have learned this to the required depth, some layouts in SolidWorks have been finished, milled, tested and destroyed again. Cobbler stay with your lasts! 😉

Da unser Lagerist etwas gereizt auf die Platzsituation reagiert hab ich ihm zum Jahresende gesagt das noch ein größerer Trecker in die Halle gestellt wird. 😉

Since our warehouse clerk reacted somewhat irritated to the space situation, I told him at the end of the year that an even larger tractor would be placed in the hall. 😉
