Suspension, but rigid please (english below)
Moin, Freunde des Pullingsports! Wir arbeiten aktuell daran das wir am 16.07.2022 in Edewecht an den Start gehen könne. Wenn nichts dazwischen kommt möchten wir dort in der Light Modified (ehemals 2,5t Freie Klasse) an den Bremswagen gehen.
Hello, friends of pulling sports! We are currently working to start on July 16th, 2022 in Edewecht. If nothing comes up, we would like to hook to the sledge there in the Light Modified (formerly 2.5t modified).
Da es noch ein wenig zu tuen gibt und wir keine Zeit verlieren sollen legen wir auch direkt los.

Alex arbeitet mit Werkzeug feinmechanischer Natur um das vordere Chassis zu richten. 😉 😉

Um mehr Stabilität in die Vorderradaufhängung zu bekommen, wird ein zusätzliches Blech eingeschweißt das die entstehenden Zugkräfte in die Kufe einleitet.
In order to get more stability in the front wheel suspension, an additional plate is welded in, which introduces the resulting forces into the skid.
Zum Glück hatten wir noch den Bausatz von Franky liegen. Da haben wir die entsprechenden Bauteile direkt mal raus genommen und verbastelt.
Luckily we still had Franky’s chassis kit. So we took out the relevant components and tinkered with them.
Das eigentliche Gelenk wird auch „etwas“ massiver 😉
The actual joint is also „slightly“ more massive 😉
Mit ner ordentlichen M16 Schraube und viel Fett wird das wohl gut gehen 😉
With a decent M16 screw and a lot of grease it will probably work fine 😉
Ich denke das wird halten….besser auf alle Fälle als bisher….

Die Schaltgabel und die Schiebemuffe sind auch wieder vom Nitrieren zurück.
The shift fork and the sliding sleeve are also back from nitriding.
Damit kann dann der Reverser auch endlich wieder montiert werden. In ein paar Tagen sollten wir also wieder einen einsatzbereiten Trecker haben 😉
In diesem Sinne: Bis bald und bleibt dran.
